The neighbourhood is
quiet and the area is withdrawed from the beach road, so traffic
noise is not a problem,but still there is only 200 meter, then
you stand at the sandy and sunny beach. The whole area has 24
hours security. |

| All apartments
are fully furnished and have: air-condition, fan, hat and cold
water, TV with cable-tv amd DVD player,fridge, Safe deposit box,
Wi-Fi internet, etc. All apartments are kept in high standard,
cleaning can be arranged and we have our own laundry service wih
hot water machines. |

In the area are restaurants, bars, minimart,
hairdresser, fitness and massage. Fitness and pool are free of
charge.
There is also bicycles to use at the area. |

You have all around
you in the area, so you don't need to leave the area, but for
other shopping opportunities, there is the Carrefour, BigC and
Tesco Lotus shopping centres in town. Restaurants af all kind og
national kitchens, both in Jomtien and in Pattaya, all can be
reached in app, 10 to 15 min. of walk or drive. Bus and Taxi is
available at the beachroad, and the taxi's can be called by the
security team to pick you up at the door. |

Condominium there is swimmingpools of high standard, childpool
area, and it's also possible to get a light refreshment at
the pool. |

varies from small to big studios and 2 room apartments, of couse
all is at fair prices,
it can even be cheaper to rent an apartment for holiday in
Thailand, then i Europe,
even if you also include the airline tickets in the calculation.
And please notice, in Thailand shorts and tshirts can be used

Resort will be full furnished, , we pay special attention to the
decoration, So we can promise you will feel home. Dinner service
and kitchenware, of couse we have think on that too. |
